Beverly Rhyner-Hoptay, CEO of Squared Away Consultants, LLC, has demonstrated managerial success in the public and private sectors, having worked with financial and law enforcement agencies for more than 30 years.

With extensive experience in both the corporate and public sectors, Stephen Hoptay stands out as a seasoned Emergency Management executive. His career includes pivotal roles such as Vice President and Commanding Officer, where he has demonstrated his capacity as a powerful communicator, adept at motivating and overseeing diverse teams. Stephen is highly skilled in crafting policies, standards, and procedures that enhance organizational missions.

His expertise encompasses Corporate Security, risk assessment, crisis and consequence management, and mitigation techniques. Furthermore, Stephen is proficient in developing resilient operational strategies and advancing business continuity plans that ensure organizational stability and rapid recovery from disruptions.
